The service

tocco is a social competition tool for friend groups. It tracks EA FC match results, runs in-app credit-based competitions, and can calculate a private offline settlement summary at the end of a season or tournament. tocco does not process payments or move money. By using tocco you agree to these terms.

In-app credits

Credits in tocco are an in-app competition ledger only. They are not money, have no monetary value, cannot be deposited, withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred, and exist only inside the group context they were issued in. tocco never collects, holds, transfers, or pays out money. If a group chooses to settle anything in real life based on the in-app standings, that arrangement is private and group-managed, happens outside the app, and is solely between the individuals involved. tocco is not a payment processor, money transmitter, gambling operator, or financial service.

Availability

tocco is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or data persistence, though we make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

tocco is not liable for any private offline settlement arrangements between group members, missed or incorrect match results entered by group members, or any indirect losses arising from use of the platform. tocco does not process payments or move money.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of tocco after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
